Manager, Rail Performance Analysis
What the role is: The Rail Licensing Division seeks a dynamic and motivated individual to lead a team in analysing rail operating performance, identifying trends and patterns to support informed decision‑making and drive continuous improvement for rail information in support of the development and regulation of Singapore’s Rapid Transit Systems (RTS) network.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse and interpret data to extract meaningful insights into rail performance.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure the accuracy of statistics.
- Perform checks and audits on the data collection processes of rail operators.
- Review, develop and implement new rail performance indicators.
- Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve rail performance.
