Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the commercial team to define long-term product strategies and build customer-focused solutions for the Life Science portfolio.
- Act as a bridge between Marketing and Field Application Specialists to implement Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis and provide market intelligence.
- Partner with the Product Technical Team to support regional tender requirements regarding product specifications and documentation.
- Consult with the Commercial Sales Team to align product offerings with market needs and provide tailored sales tools.
- Work closely with Regional Field Application Specialists to ensure optimal product services through training plans and technical webinars.
- Develop and manage relationships with Channel Partners to drive collaboration in promotional programs.
