We're a fast-growing UK Shopify e-commerce brand in the baby/family space. We've had LoyaltyLion set up for the last few months, but we don't believe it's having the impact it should — and we want to change that.
The Opportunity:
We're looking for a LoyaltyLion expert (or someone who has successfully managed loyalty programs for a Shopify/e-commerce brand) to take ownership of our loyalty strategy on a once-a-month ongoing basis. The goal is simple: increase retention, repeat purchase rate, and revenue attributed to loyalty — and ensure the loyalty program is properly integrated into our CRM flows.
What You'll Do (Monthly):
Audit our current LoyaltyLion setup and identify quick wins + gaps
Improve the program structure (earning rules, rewards, tiers/VIP, expiry, referrals, etc.)
Align rewards with brand positioning + margin realities (so it drives profit, not discounts)
Optimize onsite loyalty touchpoints (account page, PDP/cart/checkout messaging, logged-in experi...
