In this role you drive the day-to-day performance of the loyalty ecosystem for a major European low-cost airline based in Barcelona. You will ensure smooth customer experiences, reliable systems, accurate data and successful loyalty initiatives across digital channels and partner platforms. You’ll work with IT, Digital and Loyalty teams to implement new functionalities while maintaining data quality and incident resolution. This is a hands-on position centered on optimizing customer journeys and loyalty campaigns with measurable impact.
