Loyalty & Retention Specialist (English, Global)

We’re looking for a Loyalty Expert in Lima, Peru, who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care across multiple channels. You will maintain a direct and friendly relationship with each customer to enhance engagement and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least six months of experience in sales. Key responsibilities include helping customers find suitable products and handling sensitive data with care.
