As the Loyalty Program Manager, you’ll develop and execute loyalty strategies that resonate with MEC's outdoor enthusiasts. This role requires strong analytical abilities and creative thinking to transform member data into impactful insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member journeys and campaign effectiveness while championing a member-first culture at MEC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the internal champion for MEC members
• Map and manage cross-channel member journeys
• Partner with lifecycle marketing for CRM strategies
• Monitor key lifecycle metrics to optimize campaigns
• Define and execute integrated loyalty campaigns
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or similar
• 5+ years in retail, loyalty, or brand marketing
