Loyalty Program Architect

Rappi Technology Colombia is seeking a results‑driven loyalty program lead to design and optimize our courier rewards. You will manage the points system, level thresholds, and benefits while collaborating with CRM, Product, Pricing, and Country Ops to drive retention and profitability.

Your 3+ years in loyalty/CRM, strong analytics, and proven ability to measure impact will help you balance fairness across markets and continuously evolve the program.
