Loyalty Coordinator (Tultitlan)

The Loyalty Coordinator will accelerate the adoption of the loyalty program in stores by increasing Club Comex sales and the number of registrants.
Also, will improve in-store execution and achieve high customer satisfaction and increase, and understanding by managers, concessionaires, and regional managers.
This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Tultitlan and will report to Manager
**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate benefits to different audiences and in all channels.
- Plan and control of regional Club Comex promotions.
Review postmortem analysis.
- Management and control of trades.
Track active users, behavior of users with insurance and monitoring of accidents and resolution of cases.
- Events, store, ATL and BTL
- Diffusion of Club benefits at events for trades, individuals and contractors.
