Loss Prevention Specialist, Br Security & Loss Prevention

Completed Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, Logistics or an equivalent);
- Experience in security and loss prevention within supply chain, industrial environment, or express distribution and courier services;
- Relevant qualification in loss prevention, security management, and administration of justice, related field or equivalent experience is required;
- Loss prevention and Security experience;
- Experience in conducting root cause analysis, prioritizing key factors; act decisively, promptly and confidently; flexible in approach; able to operate with limited guidance from management;
- Customer/ solution focused with the ability to identify customer expectation and adjust language and style;
- Intermediate English and Fluent Portuguese (both verbal and written communication);
- Availability to travel up to 50% of time and as required by business needs in Brazil;
