Loss Mitigation Specialist (Guadalajara)

Key areas of responsibility
Managing repossessed loans
Repossession fee review and approvals
Making outbound calls on repossessed accounts
Receiving inbound redemption calls
Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due
Identifying accounts that require management review
Providing outstanding customer service
Reviewing accounts currently in repossession status to determine the best plan of action to redeem loans
Maintaining required standards set by the department
Adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Two years experience in customer service or related field
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft (excel, powerpoint, etc.)
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual english/spanish is a must
Pay: $21,****** per month
