Looking for full stack mobile app developer for a hybrid mobile app development

Looking for full stack mobile app developer to quickly develop a PoC and deploy to the store as a beta version. I prefer hybrid so that it works for both platforms.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
