Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager to plan, manage and monitor projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and the desired quality.
- Manage and monitor site operations, workers and contractors.
- Lead and manage the installation team to ensure safe, high-quality and complete-on-time delivery of the organization's projects and solutions.
- Evaluate and resolve discrepancies and problems arising at the site.
- Supervise day-to-day site works and address issues related to a given project.
- Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specifications and the work schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance of all subcontractors.
- Manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers; shift work and weekend duty as required.
- Provide practical coaching and training for new workers.
