Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
- Prepare and submit periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports, ageing reports, cash flow reports and other financial analyses required by Management
- Process payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines
- Perform Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank, general ledger and account reconciliations on a regular basis
- Manage supplier payments and ensure timely settlement of accounts payable
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, including Corporate Tax (CT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and other regulatory obligations
