Logistics Warehouse Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement strategies for efficient warehouse and distribution center management.
- Supervise the accurate receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and reliability.
- Implement policies and procedures to optimize logistics processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouses.
- Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, transportation, sales, production) to ensure product availability.
- Lead and develop the warehouse team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage warehouse resources, including materials and technology.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
