Logistics System Administrator

Job Purpose

The Logistics System Administrator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing site logistics systems to ensure the efficient and timely movement of materials, equipment, workforce, and deliveries. The role manages and supports logistics technologies including the Delivery Management System (DMS), face‑recognition turnstiles, vertical logistics management systems and any newly implemented digital platforms. This position ensures effective entry scheduling, gate and access control, and compliance with site safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Check every booking detail and approve or reject per availability of all requirements.
• Communicate with bookers in case of rejection or amendment.
• Monitor gates, bookings flow, subcontractors and supplier performance daily.
• Track KPIs using PowerBI dashboards and ensure escalation of any issues.
