logistics supervisor（in-bound）

Responsibilities

• Responsible for booking / vessel reservation and import volume forecasting.
• Provide monthly projection of incoming containers and coordinate with Warehouse for advance space allocation and preparation.
• Coordinate with third-party brokers for customs clearance and monitor hauling schedule to ensure on-time delivery from port to warehouse.
• Monitor and control demurrage / detention charges to minimize unnecessary costs.
• Create IDN (Inbound Delivery Note) in SAP for all incoming shipments.
• Prepare and submit Daily Arrival Monitoring Report.
• Review and process vendor payments (brokers, haulers, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Coordinate CDT (Customs Duty Tax) payment requests with Finance.
• Support monthly KPI review of third-party brokers per contract KPI Annex.
• Participate in monthly physical inventory count.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
