Job Purpose
Responsible for monitoring and controlling Import Operations to ensure timely deliveries to the plant, full compliance with customs and legal requirements, and effective cost control. The role ensures proper administration of the IMMEX program, coordination with logistics suppliers, and support to Import & Export operations in line with company service level, compliance, and budget targets.
Key Accountabilities- Monitor and control Bills of Expenses from logistics suppliers, validating correct rates and ensuring expenses remain within approved budget.
- Manage the full payment cycle (POs and invoices) for logistics vendors, ensuring timely processing in the system.
- Coordinate import processes for raw materials, assets, samples, and other materials, ensuring full compliance with legal, customs, and trade requirements.
