Responsibilities

• Support the overall daily management of operational duties, deputizing as required for the Operations Manager.
• Prioritize and continually improve safety at the delivery station.
• Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators and delivery associates to ensure shipments meet and exceed operational KPIs.
• Monitor coordinator and associate performance, coach them, partner with supporting departments to improve processes and operations.
• Communicate with delivery service providers to set expectations and raise quality standards.
• Interview candidates for associate roles.
• Brief and monitor drivers and associates workload, maintain detailed records, measure and monitor workflows and daily metrics.
• Assist the Operations Manager with tracking, trending and reporting site performance on a regular basis.
