Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring and analysis of various operational data of automobile transportation, analyzing operational pain points and promoting achievement of business indicators.
- Develop and manage last‑mile suppliers, open outsourcing accounts, and connect with suppliers to provide transportation capacity on demand.
- Arrange and control sea and air transportation operations; strictly control SLA timeliness, book space, monitor shipment abnormalities, and ensure normal shipments.
- Assess carrier KPIs: compile monthly carrier operating data, evaluate unfulfilled projects, and handle carrier appeals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong skills in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and coordination. <...
