Part-time, Monday through Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Bilingual speaker (80% oral and written in English and Spanish). Reliable transportation required. Current offer: $97 pesos per hour. Customer-service position focused on the TFORCE platform, helping customers move freight in a timely, cost-effective manner by providing logistic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to track shipment status.
- Interpret and comprehend pricing agreements to accurately quote customers.
- Book and build out BOLs.
- Develop relationships with outside carriers to handle loads.
- Ensure data integrity from the start of the load to the billing cycle closure.
- Monitor and manage load status from quoting to booking to tracking customer shipments.
- Provide detailed reports on various shipping metrics.
