Accountability Transportation operation
- Receive shipping order from the customers and arrange the shipments for the customers with the dispatchers;
- Track the shipment status and ensure the smooth operation until the shipments are delivered within standard transit-time;
- Provide the working reports such like: daily shipment reports, monthly billing reports etc.
- Deal with the customer complaints if any and solve the problems for the customers;
- Establish & maintain the database of existing/potential vendors;
- Update the material sheet, end product sheet, inventory sheet and send out to customer and relate party on time;
- Collect inbound and outbound document, picking list, inventory sheet back from warehouse, keep it and seal on schedule, monitor various kind of document back from warehouse;
