Job Description
Logistics & Shipping Coordinator: manage inbound and outbound shipment coordination, shipping documentation, warehouse logistics support, and customs-related documentation for manufacturing and operational projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate receipt of tools, materials, and equipment into warehouse.
- Review supplier shipping documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for shipment arrivals.
- Support creation and tracking of Delivery Advice (DA), Receipt of Equipment (ROE), Bill of Entry (BOE), Gate Pass (GP).
- Maintain shipment and customs documentation records in company systems and trackers.
- Coordinate with warehouse/store personnel for material receipt and inspection status.
