Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to perform accurate material take‑offs
- Source and purchase materials including lumber, panels, veneers, laminates, hardware, and finishes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve delivery or quality‑related issues
