The Opportunity

As a Route Engineering Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing intelligent route solutions that directly impact our go-to-market performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging advanced route planning technology (Territory Planner), you'll ensure best-in-class service delivery while constantly improving our field execution.

Responsibilities

• Design route models and solutions that meet the needs of our business units, working hand-in-hand with Route Design Managers.
• Continuously adjust and refine route designs based on performance data and feedback from the field.
• Create and share reports that track key performance indicators, supporting informed decision-making.
