1. Product Strategy & Pricing Architecture

• Own the full product lifecycle for Last Mile delivery solutions in Europe (FR, ES, PT, BE), including local delivery, PUDO (Pick-up/Drop-off), and reverse logistics.
• Margin-Driven Pricing: Develop and maintain sophisticated profit models (Margin Models) by analyzing cost drivers such as carrier fees, operational overheads, fuel surcharges, and exception handling costs.
• Define competitive pricing structures (e.G., dynamic pricing, tiered pricing) that balance market penetration with healthy gross margins.
