This role supports the Monterrey, Mexico office and is part of the North America regional logistics and purchasing activities, with cross‑functional collaboration across the business.

Responsibilities

• Releasing purchase orders to suppliers in line with purchase requisitions in a timely manner
• Expediting order acknowledgements from suppliers
• Developing suppliers within Mexico for sourcing bought items, fabrication parts, and casting & forging parts
• Floating RFQs to suppliers with detailed scope of supply including drawings and inspection/test plans
• Negotiating with suppliers on cost, delivery, payment terms and Incoterms; price agreements for long‑term relationships
• Cost savings by sourcing quotes from multiple suppliers for best cost and lead times
