Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily receiving and shipping operations of the Singapore transit warehouse
- Coordinate the goods flow between the Singapore warehouse, Hong Kong warehouse and destination customers
- Follow up with international freight forwarders, air/sea freight providers and courier companies
- Verify and manage documents including bills of lading, commercial invoices and packing lists
- Track cargo status and report any abnormalities to the Shenzhen team in a timely manner
- Assist in negotiating local service contracts (courier, transportation, insurance)
