Logistics Operations Team Lead

Team Lead – Global Logistics Operations is responsible for leading a team of Front Office and Back Office Logistics Operations Specialists supporting global freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain operations within a Shared Services/Global Business Services (GBS) environment.

The Team Lead is accountable for ensuring operational excellence, service delivery, customer satisfaction, people leadership, process compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple global transportation accounts. The role oversees day-to-day operations involving air freight, ocean freight, multimodal transportation, export documentation, shipment execution, customer service, compliance, financial validation, and exception management while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and customer-specific processes.
