About The Role
Responsible for facilitating end-to-end logistics operations for the SG TEC and SCED business lines across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and China. Ensure effective coordination of shipments, adherence to regulatory requirements, and precise execution of system transactions to support seamless logistics processes.
What You Will Deliver
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate import, export, and overseas drop shipments (ODS) to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Handle daily email communications for SG delivery/collection/courier arrangements, shipment follow-up, and enquiries from SG and regional sales/admin teams
- For export shipments:
- Provide quotations (based on Incoterms where applicable)
- Prepare and share collection notes with sales admin
