Job Summary The Service Provider Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of third-party service providers across JD logistics and supply chain operations in Spain. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery. What you will do Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management. Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers. Monitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement.
