• Plan and coordinate daily transportation schedules, manpower, and equipment deployment.
• Manage crew scheduling, attendance, certifications, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate vessel operations, maintenance, permits, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and operational timelines.
• Liaise with customers, vessel crews, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare operational reports, documentation, and job records.
