Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the transportation and delivery of goods.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery receipts, and invoices.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock records.
- Support logistics operations, including receiving and releasing items.
- Track shipments and update the logistics database or system.
- Communicate with company drivers and delivery staff regarding deliveries.
- Help schedule pick‑ups and deliveries.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of logistics records.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or damages to the Logistics Officer or Supervisor.
- Assist with stock counting and inventory audits.
