Our client is seeking an experienced Logistics Network Coordinator to join their supply chain team. Reporting to the Logistics Contract & Relationship Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing transport performance, supporting third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and driving continuous improvement across a national logistics network.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing data, improving processes, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor transport provider performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Resolve transport and delivery issues while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Prepare transport performance and financial reporting.
- Support management of 3PL providers and logistics contracts.
- Analyse freight costs, invoices and rate cards to identify discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities.<...
