Logistics Manager

**:
This position is responsible for the performance and cost of Logistics in North America and Mexico. He/She will manage all Logistics/Transportation and 3PL Warehouse Service Providers to ensure service excellence and network optimization for Advanced Energy. He/she will be assisted by 1 staff to help him/her to meet the objectives.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Drive Key Performance Inductors excellence through regular Business Reviews with the 3PL warehouse operators.
- Manage international freight and domestics transporters and their performance review.
- Collaborate with shipping teams to drive cost efficiency
- Accountable for logistics cost and budget.
- Leads cost and efficiency improvement projects.
- Follow-up on urgent shipments, shipment discrepancies and damages.
- Accountable for the 3PL warehouse performances to ensure- Accurate and prompt Good Receipt into the 3PL warehouses
