Logistics HR & Admin Lead (Fleet & Ops)

Quess Malaysia is seeking an HR & Admin Manager (Logistics & Fleet Operations) to lead HR and administrative functions for a busy cement logistics operation in Yong Peng, Johor.

You will drive recruitment for drivers, mechanics, and workshop staff, manage performance, discipline, and IR, and ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act while partnering with operations to maintain workforce discipline and operational continuity.
