Empresa confidencial is on the hunt for a Fulfillment Supervisor to join our crew at our facility in Monterrey, Mexico.

This role puts you on the front lines of our pick, pack, and ship operation. Partnering with the operations team, you'll make sure every customer order leaves the building correct and on time — and that the floor stays organized, safe, and humming along efficiently.

Experience level isn't a hard line for us. We're open to candidates with somewhere between 2 and 5+ years under their belt. Background in warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, or light manufacturing is a bonus but not required. The non‑negotiables are mindset, hustle, and culture fit.
