Job Responsibilities
- Handle international/domestic logistics operations, including vessel booking, vehicle arrangements, and end-to-end cargo tracking.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate import/export documentation and customs clearance to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with warehouses, freight forwarders, and suppliers to coordinate cargo receiving, delivery, and inventory records.
- Compare rates and optimize logistics solutions, while assisting with cost verification and settlement.
- Maintain logistics data, handle exceptional cases, and support related team requirements.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 3 years of relevant logistics working experience.
- Familiarity with Singapore customs procedures, port operations, and commonly used logistics service providers will be an advantage.
