Key Logistics Activities
- Responsible for all activities involved in the management of product movement within the supply chain; ensures delivery of the right product to the right place at the right time for the right price.
- Managing day-to-day operational of Factory Logistics physical distribution, which includes the movement and storage of Raw materials / manufactured finished goods / RMA materials, supplies and spare parts from manufacturing plants to both internal logistics sites and returns to suppliers.
- Responsible for overall day-to-day warehouse and mainly focus on fulfilment / Outbound operations.
- Review and implement warehouse operating procedures to ensure operations performance meets KPI and financial objectives.
- Manage Factory Logistics capacity, productivity, and cost saving projects as assigned.
- Publish various management reports and KPIs' for the logistics function.
