Logistics Dispatch Lead for Timely Customer Deliveries

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving customer schedules (Export & Domestic) via EDI, Web Edi, E-mail etc
• On time Deliveries - Customer dispatch planning by close liasoning with concerned departments, mainly Procurement, PPC, Manufacturing & Dispatch
• Providing dispatch intimation to all customers on daily basis and ensuring ASN is sent electronically wherever applicable
• Tracking all deliveries / dispatch consignments and ensure timely in-warding
• Maintaining daily record of transit consignments, ensuring e-way bill norms are met and escape wherever noncompliance is expected
• Maintain transit stocks & special freights within desired levels
• Prompt reaction to customer changes, fluctuations and queries
• Close communication with all customers, providing regular updates wherever necessary
