We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Logistics / Dispatch Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities to learn and grow within the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating freight shipments and dispatching drivers
• Track loads and provide shipment updates
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support daily logistics and office operations

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Some knowledge of logistics, transportation, or dispatching is a plus
• Must be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work in an office environment (this is NOT a remote position)
