Ensure an efficient cost control on Port Operations and Land Transportation, verifying and approving all operation vendor invoicing to avoid delays and generate accurate payments via ZIM Systems (SAP).
Main Responsibilities:
SAP Invoice Control
- Verify and approve all: Port, Terminal, Depots, and Land Transportation (LT) expenses, according to agreements and authorized costs.
- Review that all IQSHIP information is accurate for PO generation in SAP so that the payment process can continue.
- Fix data in case of missing PO or discrepancies between SAP and Vendor invoices.
