Logistics Coordinator (Toronto)

We are currently partnering with a global manufacturer to hire a Logistics Coordinator to support cross‑border operations and transportation coordination between manufacturing facilities and Canadian operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, managing logistics processes, and collaborating across teams to ensure shipments move efficiently and compliantly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate transportation of equipment and shipments between U.S. manufacturing plants and Canada
• Act as a key liaison with internal teams and third‑party logistics providers
• Manage shipping documentation and support import/export processes
• Monitor shipments, track deliveries, and provide status updates and ETAs
• Assist with invoicing, billing adjustments, and documentation related to equipment sales
• Support documentation for vehicle registration, licensing, and regulatory requirements
