Logistics Coordinator (Mississauga)

Staffmax is helping our client hire a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for a 6-month contract.

This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in supply chain or distribution operations.

You will be the central point of contact to ensure the smooth flow of goods and information.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the shipping and receiving of materials, products, and supplies
• Maintain communication with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Schedule pickups and deliveries while optimizing cost and efficiency
• Track shipments and resolve delays or issues proactively
• Maintain accurate inventory records and databases
• Generate shipping documents and customs paperwork when necessary
• Support warehouse and production teams with logistics planning
