Responsibilities
- A CSR role that encompasses customer service, logistics & inside sales responsibilities
- Support the traders
- Entering purchase orders
- Coordinating pickup and delivery of the product
- Prepare and provide customs documentation
- Creating invoices
- Handling spot deals such as freight rates and costings
Qualifications / Key attributes
- Go with the flow; high energy and ability to stay productive during slower times
- Fast learner; questions are ok, just not the same ones over and over
- Willing to wear many hats and assist where needed
