Logistics Coordinator - EMEA Retail Transport

Overview

As a key member of our Operations Team, you will ensure seamless logistics coordination and transport management across the EMEA region, driving efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth shipments flow from warehouses to retail platforms.
• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics partners (3PLs and carriers) and internal stakeholders, resolving delivery incidents and ensuring customer‑first solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Warehouse, Carriers, Customers, Finance, Sales) to align priorities and guarantee service excellence.
