Real Matter is hiring a full-time, on-site Logistics Coordinator in Medellín
If you’ve handled drayage, FTL, or both from pickup to delivery and can keep operations moving without constant follow-up, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing shipments from start to finish
- Coordinating with drivers, dispatch, warehouses, and customers
- Tracking loads and solving issues before they become bigger problems
- Handling appointment scheduling, updates, and customer communication
- Working with internal teams to keep operations efficient and profitable
- Managing multiple loads at once in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- C1+ English required (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drayage, FTL, or both
- Experience managing the full logistics cycle
