- Research on streamlining outbound operations in a more economical and efficient way
- Coordinate with external teams (e.g., Customer Service, Business Development) and implement actions defined for operational excellence
- Make decisions on disposal methods for return parcels based on the types of parcels
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager
- GCE O Level and above
- Proficient in Google products (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
- Responsible and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail, and understanding of business implications
- Ability to pick up new skills promptly and proactively
- Able to work in a warehouse for night shift: Mon - Fri, 9pm to 6am (weekends may be included)
