Job Description

• Manage and oversee end-to-end 4PL logistics operations across APAC
  
• Act as the key decision-maker for logistics execution and operational issues
  
• Ensure 4PL providers deliver according to agreed SOPs and SLAs
  
• Take full ownership in resolving operational gaps where 4PL execution is inconsistent
  
• Monitor logistics performance, cost efficiency, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain visibility and efficiency
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (QA, Customer Service, Planning Team) to align logistics support with business needs
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations
  
• Proven exposure to 3PL / 4PL environment (4PL experience strongly preferred)
