Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Logistics and Trade Compliance Analyst.
**What you'll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
The primary function is to ensure that all import and export activities comply with local and international trade regulations while optimizing logistics operations.
This involves coordinating shipments with the carriers, forwarders, and customs brokers, optimizing transit times, managing documentation, conducting compliance audits, analyzing logistics data, and mitigating potential compliance risks.
The role also includes providing training and support to staff, collaborating with various departments, maintain accurate records to ensure smooth and efficient trade operations, maintain updated and accurate records in the IMMEX Inventory Control System.
