LOGISTICS AND PACKAGING MANAGER – CIUDAD JUAREZ

JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Senior Supply Chain Manager, the Logistics and Packaging Manager directs and coordinates all manufacturing activities and programs within the Logistics and Packaging area. The role manages day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, collaborates with Materials Management, and participates in the development and implementation of transfer plans. It supports the introduction of new technology and products in line with corporate goals, establishes G&O, and develops plans for direct managers in the area.

The manager develops, maintains, and improves all business processes under their supervision, oversees packaging of finished products, monitors inventory projections in Juárez, and participates in strategic decisions of the plant, its division, and the company.
